I just finished an excellent book that you've got to pick up. Throw It Down by Jud Wilhite (he of Deadly Viper fame and pastor of Central Christian in Las Vegas) has written a book for those people whose destructive habits are keeping them from the lifelong freedom they long for. I'm his target audience!
Jud is a great storyteller. Here he is sharing part of his story and the basic premise of Throw It Down.
